The first African project of ZVPP was successfully commissioned

ZVPP has made in-depth development of its products for various applications, and in light of the unstable power supply situation in the markets of Asia, Africa and Latin America, it has proposed a complete solution.

The SunSTAR Company in Zimbabwe is a manufacturer of food packaging materials, providing food-grade safe packaging materials for the entire food market in Zimbabwe. The company has multiple sets of processing equipment, especially motor-type loads, which pose a severe challenge to the energy storage system.

The ZVPP technical team, based on the current project status of the company, provided an energy storage system, a photovoltaic inverter, and a low-cost automated on-grid and off-grid control cabinet. The system can prioritize the use of photovoltaic power generation when there is grid power, and combine photovoltaic and energy storage when the grid power is off, providing stable and reliable power supply to the load. The automated on-grid and off-grid control strategy does not require any daily operations by the users. The Enrui Cloud Management Platform can monitor the system's operating status in real time, conduct AI real-time analysis of key data such as photovoltaic power generation, energy storage charging and discharging, and continuously optimize the system operation strategy, significantly improving the system's economic benefits, and providing comprehensive remote upgrade and efficient operation management services. In view of the large voltage fluctuations in the Zimbabwean power grid, this system adopts a wide-voltage input design, which can effectively resist large fluctuations in the grid voltage and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.

The ZVPP technicians conducted on-site debugging and quickly completed the system delivery.

The ZVPP technicians worked in collaboration with the local installation team in Zimbabwe to carry out the installation and system debugging of the photovoltaic inverters provided by ZVPP.
