Recently, Power Genius successfully delivered 6 GS125-261LS liquid-cooled C&I energy storage systems to a large state-owned enterprise in Vietnam. The successful implementation of this project not only marks a significant breakthrough for Power Genius in the Southeast Asian market, but also provides strong support in alleviating Vietnam’s current power supply constraints.
Current State of Vietnam’s Power Market
As one of the most dynamic economies in Southeast Asia, Vietnam is currently in a critical phase of rapid industrialization. With the swift expansion of manufacturing and processing industries, the country has experienced explosive growth in electricity demand. However, due to lagging grid infrastructure development and a relatively undiversified energy mix, many regions in Vietnam face issues such as unstable power supply and electricity shortages. During peak consumption periods, some industrial parks even face the risk of power rationing, which has become a prominent bottleneck constraining local economic development.
In this context, the value of energy storage systems as "power stabilizers" is becoming increasingly evident. By leveraging functions such as peak shaving and valley filling, as well as emergency backup capabilities, energy storage technology can effectively alleviate grid pressure and enhance the reliability and flexibility of power supply, serving as a vital supplementary solution for Vietnam’s energy market.
Power Genius’ Robust Capabilities Gain Recognition
The Vietnamese client in this collaboration is a major local state-owned enterprise with significant influence in the country’s energy sector. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, a leadership team from the client visited Power Genius’ headquarters for an on-site inspection this August. During the visit, the client focused on touring the company’s system R&D center, laboratory testing platforms, and production facilities, expressing high recognition of Power Genius’ professional capabilities in energy storage system development, product performance testing, AI optimization strategies, and manufacturing.
The six GS125-261LS liquid-cooled commercial and industrial energy storage systems delivered in this project are flagship products tailored by Power Genius for commercial and industrial scenarios. Featuring advanced liquid cooling temperature control technology, the system offers advantages such as high energy density, long cycle life, and intelligent operation and maintenance. It is well-equipped to handle Vietnam’s high-temperature and high-humidity climate, providing users with stable and efficient energy storage solutions.

Future Outlook
Seizing the opportunity presented by this project collaboration, Power Genius and its Vietnamese client have reached a deeper strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties plan to jointly establish a manufacturing facility in the future to promote the localized production and application of energy storage technology in Vietnam, further reducing product costs and improving service response times. The client revealed that their layout across large, medium, and small-scale energy storage markets in Vietnam is now fully underway, and Power Genius’ technical strengths align closely with their needs, indicating broad prospects for cooperation. Moving forward, the two parties will deepen their partnership to jointly explore the energy storage markets in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia.
